Avinash Bhosale Group forayed into the business of Hospitality in the year 2002 with acquisition of ‘Sun-n-Sand’ a Five Star hotel in Pune. Though small, Pune is a home to many of the leading business houses of India, thus making the city a hot destination for business travelers. Sun-n-Sand rolls out a red carpet welcome to such travelers and tourists.
Currently the Group is constructing a Five Star deluxe hotel, in Pune which will be quite another revelation in Pune. The company is operating a Five Star hotel in Goa since August 2007. The Five Star Hotel in Nagpur and a Seven Star Hotel in Mumbai, Parel( Shangri-La) in joint venture are upcoming projects which will be operational in the next year. The Company is also in the advance stage of finalizing a Resort (Boutique Hotel) in Udaipur
